Our Story

Bar Diamond X Ranch

Bar Diamond X Ranch, is a 170-acre ranch nestled in the Humboldt River Valley. Since 2021, our family-owned, first generation ranch has been dedicated to sustainable grazing and ranching practices. With a focus on producing premium American Wagyu Beef, we take pride in our pasture, alfalfa, and grass hay production.

We proudly offer beef shares, beef boxes and beef cuts direct to consumer. Our cattle are born, raised and finished right here on our ranch. All our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility.

 

Why is our beef different? We cross our Wagyu bull on our Angus, Hereford and Wagyu cows. We also finish our steers on our alfalfa hay and locally grown grain for 120 days, we believe this produces an exceptional flavor profile.

Our Cattle

At Bar Diamond X Ranch, we specialize in raising high marbling, American Wagyu cattle. Our ranch is home to Black Angus, Black Hereford, and Wagyu cross cattle, ensuring top-quality 50% plus Wagyu beef for our customers.
